Kobus is a qualified Actuary with 34 years’ experience in Investment Management.
1989 to Current: London Institute of Actuaries Fellow. Awarded the ‘International Worshipful Company of Actuaries Prize’ in London upon qualification as actuary for highest results in the final examination.
2012 to date: Founding Director of ArxPangaia (www.arxpangaia.com) & Gengro (www.gengro.com)Dale qualified as a Chartered Accountant in 1988 after serving articles at Arthur Young in Cape Town having completed his undergraduate and Honours Degrees at the University of Cape Town. Dale was one of the founding partners of Moore South Africa.
Dale has over 22 years’ experience in auditing, accounting, tax consultancy and business advisory, with a special interest in corporate restructuring, taxation and consulting. Dale’s portfolio of clients operates in a wide range of industries, including retail, manufacturing, financial services, advertising, engineering, construction and renewable energy. Dale is also approved by the South African Regulator as Auditor of listed entities.
Andrew is a commercial attorney with over thirty years experience in his own practice drafting a wide variety of commercial agreements and advising on many commercial transactions. He is numerate and has a background in tax advice, including early work experience with Arthur Andersen.
